Lucy Hewlett (nee Ainsworth) MRICS
Lucy has over ten years experience in the property industry that spans both surveying and recruitment. After graduating from the University of Reading with a BSc (Hons) in Land Management she began her five year surveying career at Cushman & Wakefield in both the office and retail teams. She then qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and worked as a development surveyor at Matthews & Goodman.
Before founding Hunter Hewlett, she was a Director at a leading international real estate recruitment firm for five years where she was responsible for growing the general practice business, as well for delivering strategic recruitment solutions to consultancies, propcos, fund managers and developers.
Lucy’s longstanding and substantial client relationships have been built by consistent and unparalleled service. She delivers a unique and focused approach to recruitment by her invaluable knowledge of the property industry from both a recruitment and industry point of view.
